During the six months between January 1, 2010 and July 30 of the same year, the conglomerate has sold the following premises in 6 – of its completed and under construction – projects: 121 apartments, 32 parking slots, 25 storage facilities and 1 business location with a sales figure reaching 2 195 764 670 HUF. Apartments have been sold out in the Magnólia condominium, the Tüzér Garden and the Városliget Apartment House. At the end of the period only one completed project retains free apartments, namely the Mandarin Condominum; with only 43 available homes 89% the project has been sold.

At the beginning of the year Nanette Group has started the first phase construction works on two of its projects announced last year (Nanette City Home, Nanette Viva) where building tasks are being carried out by Nanette Construction Hungary Ltd., a member of the conglomerate. The construction of 193 apartments is currently underway in these houses; the final buildings will give home to 591 apartments. The ratio of sold apartments in the first phase at the end of the term was 41 and 38%.

Nanette Group’s activities in social roles correspond to those of the previous years in the first half of 2010. This year the Budapest Stars Ice Hockey Club won the championship with our support and the FTC women’s basketball club will participate in the championship under the name Nanette-FTC starting this fall.
