Nanette Viva is being built in the southern part of the 11th district on the Buda side, under no.3 Mezőkövesd street, near the important transport junctions of South—Buda; at the same time in a quite, green environment. The street is very quite as it has hardly any traffic passing through. In the proximity of the condominium several kindergartens, nursery schools and schools can be found. The food marts, the market place and the health center are all within walking distance. The no. 47 tram line is a short walk away, which crosses all 4 metro lines and reaches the downtown city area (Deák square) in 25 minutes; the Móricz Zsigmond sqare and the metro line no. 4 are only 10 minutes away. The busiest bus line of Budapest, line no. 7 is just as close with which the Kosztolányi Dezső square, the Ferenciek square, the Blaha Lujza square or the Eastern Railway Station can all be directly accessed.

The 190 homes of Nanette Viva open from four corridors within the two buildings. The design of the buildings focused on smaller, more humane and friendlier living spaces; the buildings were constructed leaving spacious free areas on the 7000 sqm. estate. The high-quality, protected inner garden serves as a peaceful retreat; the playground of the condominium is a safe play area for the children. The buildings will come equipped with lockable storage areas (for prams/strollers) and the underground parking will give home to a secure area for storing bicycles.

In the design of the building special attention was paid to the ergonomic features of the homes. We know how important natural illumination and light are, therefore not only the rooms but most of the kitchens and in some apartments the bathrooms all have windows, providing natural light and ventilation. If required there are types of homes available where a completely separate toilet, as well as kitchen (which may subsequently be completely separated from the living room) can be designed. The applied technologies and materials are all of high quality; during the construction only reliable, branded products were used.

The high quality implementation is accompanied by low energy consumption solutions and the latest technologies which result in very low maintenance costs for the homes of Nanette Viva. The heat-insulation of the buildings is of a higher quality than specified by current legal regulations; the economic house-based central heating means that the heating costs will stay low and due to the individual meters the residents only have to pay for their actual consumption. The corridors and stairwells come equipped with motion sensored lighting; therefore collective electricity consumption is also kept low.
