As a member of Nanette Rael Estate Group, an international real estate development company, Nanette Construction Hungary Kft. is in charge of construction projects in Hungary. The Nanette Construction Hungary Ltd. was established by Nanette Real Estate Group NV in 2006.

It is the intention of the owner to minimize the risks deriving from the uncertainties prevailing in the market of general contractors on its projects. The problems experienced with the contractors in Hungarian development projects (lack of liquidity, sluggish compliance with the deadlines and quality standards) has led the owner to decide that based on its international experiences as a developer and construction manager, it would found its own Hungarian general contracting company. In the future this company will manage the developments of the company group.

Within the Group, the function of the Company is the performance of construction work, from the preparatory functions all the way to delivery in turnkey state. We perform the work with the direct involvement of the specialist contractors and material suppliers.
